To place an order on our Website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your information. Any credit card information you provide during the ordering process is received by 2Checkout.com, our secure online payment pocessor. As the merchant we never receive your full credit card information. We do receive you shipping information and an email from 2Checkout.com once your credit card is approved. Guarantee/Returns We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. We want you to be 100% happy with the clocks you adorn your home, office or shop with. If you need to return something, please send an email to info@clockssite.com or call us at 1-866-846-8738 within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are undamaged and in the original packaging. We can also accept cashier's checks and personal checks. Shipping
We use the United States Postal Service to ship packages to APO and FPO addresses. Clockssite.com has no minimum order requirement for most of our clocks. GST will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within Canada (6%). PST will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within Ontario (8%). |
